I am completing SCAR on Oct 18th in support of Make a Wish Ireland.

SCAR is a long standing duathlon adventure race around Skibbereen, West Cork.
The course will take us over multiple hills and rough terrain with an assent of Lough Hyne included.
Run total is 14.5 km & a cycle total of 37.5km.
